đź“™ Procrastination: friend or enemy?

Hello,

A super quick thought today...

Procrastination: friend or enemy?

When people talk about procrastination, they always refer to it as a bad thing. After all, you shouldn't postpone important tasks.

But what if procrastination is also a sign that you're trying to do something you simply shouldn't do?

  • Pointless stuff: Sometimes you don't do things because they're pointless. Why bother arranging files if it doesn't really help you with the important stuff? And maybe you shouldn't bother arranging files at all?
  • Too much to do: If you're always avoiding certain things, maybe you just have too much on your plate. It's like you procrastinating is a way to say, "Hey, maybe I don't need to do everything." And maybe you shouldn't?
  • Projects you're over: Have you ever started something fun but then lost interest, like starting a book and then not feeling it anymore? If you're not into it, you might keep putting it off. Why simply decide you're not going to finish it?

And if you need some tips on how to deal with procrastination as your enemy, the following video may help:
